  • We maintain standard aggressive breed prohibitions. We keep our pet policy simple. More than half of applicants have a pet. We screen pets with a 3rd party screening service to ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing Laws concerning service animal laws. The important thing to remember is that we see pets as Additional Income for property owners in the form of 'Pet Rent'. We charge per animal / per month. It's a great way to get your monthly cash flow up. We do limit the home to a maximum of 4 animals.
