Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. We continue to market each property until the lease is signed and the initial funds have been paid. -
How soon is payment due when we sign a lease?
Funds are due within 2 business days of signing. Payment is through the tenant portal. -
Do you accept cash?
No. We do not accept cash -
How much is the security deposit?
We are a $0 Deposit Company. We use SayRhino.com for Security Deposit Insurance as a replacement for traditional deposits. If you choose to use a Traditional Deposit, those start at 1.5x the rent, and may increase, depending on your qualifications. -
Do you accept consignors?
We do not accept co-signors. -
Do I have to pay First and Last Month’s Rent upfront?
No, we expect the first full month’s rent upfront, along with any administrative / pet fees upfront. We do not collect ‘last month’s rent’ in advance. -
My lease is ending, what should I do?
We require 30 days notice, even if your lease is ending. On your tenant portal, click on the button 'Request Move Out' and answer those questions. We will be notified automatically. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
BEFORE bringing a pet home, talk to your property manager and submit a pet application.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
For Normal Wear and Tear repairs, the property owner is responsible for these. If the item is determined to be broken through tenant abuse or misuse, the item will be charged back to the tenant.

Typically clogged sinks and drains are a tenant responsibility if they are due to hair, foreign objects flushed, etc.
